If you intend to undertake full-time study in Australia, you will need to apply for a student visa.
Many Hong Kong applicants are eligible to apply for their student visas over the internet. If you are eVisa eligible, you will need to apply over the internet.
1 September 2008 Assessment Level Changes
As of 1 September 2008 the Assessment Levels (AL) for student visa applicants from a number of countries in one or more education sectors will change.
For HKSAR passport holders and Macau SAR passport holders all levels of study are now AL1. This means that HKSAR and Macau SAR passport holder student applicants are able to and encouraged to apply via the internet.
