My Passport is Full, but it hasn't Expired. What do I do?
The tamper proof security features of the new Australian Passport make it virtually impossible to forge. To maintain this security, it is not possible for us to insert additional blank pages into an existing Passport. Therefore, if your Passport is full, it will be necessary for you to apply for a replacement. If you travel frequently, and you haven't already done so, you might like to consider applying for a Frequent Traveller's Passport which contains 64 visa pages, double the ordinary passport. A higher fee is applicable to the issue of a Frequent Traveller's Passport.
If you have any questions relating to lodging an application for an Australian Passport in Hong Kong or Macau, please call us on 2827 8881 during business hours, or send us an e-mail to consular.hkng@dfat.gov.au. Alternatively, you can contact Passports Australia at www.passports.gov.au.
